Butchers, from producer to consumer
To offer our customers only high quality, safe and secure products:
- we follow farms in person and we work with breeders from three generations;
- every week we check the cattle to control their health, growth, and nutrition;
- We feed calves up to 10 month with only milk whereas adult bovines with fodder and milk (this is a particularity that makes meat really special).
- We buy in Piedmont certified zest of pure Piedmont breed, which has 30 days of life and then we grow them according to our breeding methods;
- We chose Cantu as the home of our farms in order to reach in a very short time our working area;
- in oder to chew the palates of our customers we know all the nutritional properties of our meat and we carefully analyze them to understand their nutritional values and the presence of iron, fat and protein;
- From November to January, we offer a real flagship: the Bull of Carrù
- We keep the direct relationship between the producer and the consumer also for poultry and pork.
