Cédric Bouchard is the symbol of an emerging generation, which is one of the revolution of the latest years. He settled in the department of Aube in 2000 and based his work on an antithetical approach to the concept of “big is better”. Since 2000 he has created unique and unrepeatable wines, which are the direct expression of a single vineyard and a special kind of grape.
His Champagne “Roses de Jeanne” comes from a vineyard of just a hectare, in which are made only 3.500 bottles. This Champagne has been made in a land called Les Ursules and it has become in a very short time one of the most tasteful expression of the Pinot Noir. It has fine bubbles and exhales deep fragrance of pastry, flowers and fruit. It gives a stunning feeling in your mouth thanks to its purity and elegance… a real gem!
